When removing particularly large or dangerous trees, or trees in an awkward location, it is often more efficient and much safer to use a crane. Using cranes can be an expensive operation depending on size, but it is often compensated by the significant reduction in manpower and time required to remove the tree.
We have access to the necessary arborist equipment including cranes, cherry pickers, limbers, stump grinders and elevated platforms that enable us to offer tree care services for a wide variety of domestic and commercial customers, such as:
- Residential and rural properties
- Property developers
- Golf courses
- Government departments
- Real estate and property management companies
- Retirement villages
- Nursing homes and child care centres
- Local Councils
- Insurance providers
- Public and private schools
In some cases, it is too dangerous, particularly near power lines and dead trees, or time consuming to climb a tree that needs removing or pruning. In this case, an elevated platform or cherry picker can be used to allow our arborist to get to exactly where he wants and carefully dismantle the tree in small handheld pieces. However, this method is often restricted by the access for the arborist equipment itself.
